Standard shipping for complete bikes typically takes 5-7 business days. Each bike undergoes a professional safety inspection before being packed and shipped.
What is your return policy for gear and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that high-performance components must not have been installed to qualify for a refund.
Do Hayes bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and instructions with every order.
What kind of warranty do you offer on frames?
All Hayes Bicycle frames are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
Do you offer international shipping?
